This patch is developed for all H-Sphere customers using PayPal payments system and fixes specifically PayPal problems with numbers formatting.

To install the patch:

1. Log into your control panel server as root:
   cd /root/inst/
2. Download the patch:
   wget http://www.psoft.net/shiv/HSUpdate-23/PayPal-Amount.tgz
3. Unpack the patch:
       tar -zxf PayPal-Amount.tgz
4. Change dir to where you have unpacked the patch:
       cd PayPal-Amount
   
5. Type 'make install' to install the patch.
6. Restart Control Panel (see here for instructions).
